REPLACEMENT, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY :
1. FOR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED : Complete refund WILL be provided & the recipient can retain the products, as well as, they can place fresh orders if they prefer.
2. FOR CORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED, BUT WANTS AN EXCHANGE JUST BECAUSE OF A CHANGE OF MIND : As all our items are freshly prepared in our home kitchen especially for you based on your orders, NO exchanges are allowed.
3. FOR CORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED, BUT FOOD PRODUCT IS DAMAGED : The recipient can send us relevant opening videos & pictures within 8 hrs of opening the package to our mail ID (complaints@YummyTales.in) , and we will revert back to you at the earliest.
4. FOR CORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED, BUT OUTER PACKAGING IS DAMAGED : The recipient should check the package before accepting it from the Delivery Executive & avoid signing the receipt, if found damaged. In such a case, the recipient can either opt for Replacement/Refund.
5. PRODUCT BOOKED, BUT WANTED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING IMMEDIATELY, EVEN BEFORE THE BOOKING GETS ACCEPTED BY YummyTales : In such a case, you can opt for Refund to be initiated.
6. PRODUCT BOOKED & GOT ACCEPTED BY YummyTales, BUT WANTED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE SHIPPING : As all our items are freshly prepared in our home kitchen especially for you based on your orders, NO cancellations are accepted.
7. IF INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS ARE UNAVAILABLE, DUE TO ANY REASONS : The recipient WILL get a complete Refund.
8. IF ANY OF THE ITEMS IN HAMPER BOX ARE UNAVAILABLE, DUE TO ANY REASONS : Replacement will be done for those particular item/items with another freshly prepared item of ours, equivalent to the value of the original product booked.
9. FOR RESCHEDULING ORDERS : As all our items are freshly prepared in our home kitchen especially for you based on your orders, NO rescheduling of orders are accepted.
10. REFUNDS : Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 working days.
