Mysorepak being very famous sweet of South India, we have many varieties in it. One of them is this carrot mysorepak. The color amazed me and I made this for past Diwali influenced by KCS catering video on Youtube. But I followed my measurements of making mysorepak. We use less ingredients but yet the taste and texture comes out too good. Here I used oil and ghee mix. But you can use ghee as whole in this recipe. I made it square because I always like my uncle’s square badam cake/badam burfi who had catering service. I made this for a get together and thought of sharing the recipe and the pictures.
